Guillaume made the whole process so easy and pain free. The options available to us were clearly explained together with the pros and cons of each product. Guillaume managed to find a mortgage which suited our needs and quickly sorted the necessary paperwork. Guillaume was always quick to respond to instructions and queries; we frequently received a response within a few hours regardless of when the email was sent. He was always easy to contact on the phone to bounce any queries off. Even when the actual conveyance suffered a significant delay, Guillaume continued to assist us and keep the mortgage under review. He continued to monitor the mortgage market on our behalf which meant that we benefited from the drop in mortgage rates.
